A killer strategic web model I just came across.....

Simply Hired has raised a fourth round of funding. They provide a search engine to pull job postings from various job sites, aggregate them, and present them to you.

They state they are cash flow positive and will be using the additional capital to expand. They also point out that ComScore and Nielsen Media show Simply Hired as the fastest growing job site in 2008.
They provide job search in 13 countries and 17 languages. Towards Global....

One more clever game on WWW....

Development Update

KColorEditImage via Wikipedia

Thanks for instant responses and support of team of project management & designers who finally came up with novel solutions to the different problems/issues we encountered in between and got the complex web model done. A real deal!

Once the website is live it would be interesting to see the standards of specification in quality including reliability, application compatibility, functionality, parameters, performance and platform design compliance.

The goal is to perform better might seem big and daunting, will be broken down into smaller incremental steps. In next three months, it will be solved through innovations in design and smart brain storming approach further with core focus on Viral Marketing components to generate "Infrangible Torque" on search engines and World Wide Web.....

Keep the gazes on ....

Venom that saves, kills too.

A mail from m-earn: "Pushed" viral marketing example.

Hi Sachin,

I hope you are doing well. I have just tried this new service called mEarn and found it to be amazing. How do you like the idea of getting paid to read an SMS on your mobile phones ? m-earn promises you just that !!

All you need to do is register and start receiving advertisements to get paid for each of them. And guess what ?

* You only get Ads and discount coupons that are relevant to you.
* You get to specify the number of messages that you would like to receive in a day
* You receive the messages in the times specified by you

Further you can multiply your earnings by inviting your friends. You then get a share of their earnings as well !!

In case you are wondering how much your mobile phone is capable of earning, register at http://m-earn.com/Beta/index.jsp?inviteID=635 and ya don't forget to invite all your friends to maximize your earnings !

Cheers !!

Darshana

Why wrong projection 'push' of the above viral marketing campaign can lead the whole brand image in trouble ?

Thanks, Darshana

The infant thought behind the proposition is strong. Brands invade the privacy of the mobile inbox. It could itch years of brand loyalty. Even when consumers have opted in to receive information, there is a tendency to forget, so perfectly legitimate communications can be perceived as intrusive, which can be hugely damaging to brands. Considering arrays of factors, successfully conducting SMS activity is a complex matter.

Targeting is essential - the golden rule of relevance.

Best Wishes,

In my own words -

PALO ALTO, CA - APRIL 21: San Francisco Mayor...Image by Getty Images via Daylife

Well, not the killer one exactly but this good start up website is enough to earn good chunk of money to take your GFs to 5 star dinner a week and to have parties with friends.

“The idea of the www.ineedthingsdone.com is to allow users to post jobs with a set price and try and connect them with other people who are willing to do the job for that price, this helps out those who aren't as fortunate as others or are wanting to save money.”

What it does

Ineedthingsdone.com is a website that is specially set to help struggling people. If you are a person who is unemployed, or if you are studying, or you are living with your parents this is a good opportunity for find an online resource where you will have the chance to start earning some extra money.

The concept underlying this site is quite simple: people make posts looking for people in order to get something done. No matter if you are thinking about mowing lawns, or painting a house, as well as walking a dog or baking a children's birthday cake, this is the right site for you to find the right people to perform your tasks.

The difference between this service and others is the fact that you can set how much you can afford to pay for the job. People on social sites like Facebook and Twitter see these jobs and respond by offering their services for the amount on offer, or more. Job boards have never been done like this due to the fact that the job poster is the one who sets the price. That is actually what makes this service different.

Why it might be a killer

This will be an effective tool for people that need money.

Some questions

What is next? How does the site makes money?

Well, ping me up, if interested. Ciao!!

Jump d' Shark

Cover of "The Tipping Point: How Little T...Cover via Amazon

What happens when you "jump the shark" and your application goes from successful to completely unsuccessful and draggy poster...ooopps!! But why does this happens? Interested to dissect that exact issue? Lets talk about it then .....

A great analogy and statistical science for me at least. Point is like - A bolt of lightening. It’s absolutely obvious when you see it, but before you see it, a successful viral campaign seems to be as much about luck as anything else. Isn't it ? Na, Na, Na. Not at all guys.....

So, what IS changing the paradigm is Twitter and social Networks ? Ummm....lets say - only (say) 1 in 100 people spread the word… so way less than 1 on 1… but if those people all have over 100 followers, then the maths is on the right track - because the infection used to be passed on on person at a time. Now the infection rate is one to many.

So, friends waddya think that disease depends on whether you are just a carrier of the disease (you heard the message) or a super- infector, like the Typhoid Mart you mention. Malcolm Gladwell talks about this in his book - “Tipping Point” - calling thise super infectors “connectors” I think.

Well, lets bang up with hard hits now to sum it up ....mathematically:

V = L.P.E

i.e. L multiplied by P multiplied by E

P = No. of initial people

L = Loop OR talking/connecting intensity of people to their friends network around

E = "Efficiency of Connection" of that network to other network of friends or people around

V = Viral Marketing online/offline

So, you send the Orkut/Facebook request to your 5 close knit friends i.e. P

P send it to their 5 friends each. Total 5 into 5 = 25. Now those 25 to another 5 each = 125

E works as speed here i.e how fast all it happens through P

Got the poking fun guys ? Lemme know for more explanation. Lastly - I heard this on Twitter, Facebook and it will be on my own upcoming Global Trading Web site www.LogicalBuys.com

BOOM! BOOM!
